NOTICE: Effective August 1, 2009: All procedures scheduled require a $150.00 deposit to hold an appointment. The deposit will not be refunded should the appointment be canceled in less than 48 hours. After the initial procedure, all follow up appointments need to be completed within 8 weeks. There will not be any additional charge for the touch up appointment within the 8 weeks (scar and camouflage appointments do not apply). Additional fees will apply if you go beyond the 8 weeks for your touch up. If you do not attend your touch up appointment or fail to cancel with at least 48 hours notice there will be a $150.00 fee to reschedule the treatment. In addition, a $150.00 deposit will be required to reserve time in the schedule for future treatment. Please be aware that the final result of your procedure(s) is determined by how you care for your procedure, how you heal and your lifestyle. Over time the application can possibly fade from sun exposure, smoking, medical conditions and age. A 6% Cosmetic Tax will be applied to all procedures as required by the State of NJ.
